My name is Yuliya Ceros. I am an Emergency Room nurse with ICU and traumaand field medical experience. I am currently studying for my Certified EmergencyNurse certification and my future goals include achieving Nurse Practitioner degree.

I was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine. Where my mother, sister and rest of my family still reside. I immigrated to United States in 1995 and was naturalized as acitizen here in Tucson in early 2000. In the year following September 11, 2001, I enlisted into United States Army as a Combat Medic/LP and served as Active Duty and Reserve soldier medic until 2013 when I was honorably discharged. I have deployed with 328th CSH Unit from Utah to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany in 2005-2006 in support of OlF/OEF and worked in trauma ICU there. It was by far the most amazing job I have ever held! At my military Unit here stateside my responsibility involved taking care of Continuous Education of 85 Soldier Medics, making sure their civilian certifications are up to date and that they are deployment ready at moments notice. My duties at the Unit also involved being Squad leader and platoon Sergeant.

I have continued to learn obtaining ADN RN in 2009 and BSN RN by 2013. Atmy current place of employment - Banner University Medical Center, I enjoy working closely with young Emergency Medicine residents and fellow nurses. I have been selected to be a "nurse of the quarter" by my co-workers, have done relief Charge

Nurse duties and mentored new RN's orienting with our ED. Participated in Unit Based council and was part of Hospital based Nursing Council as well. I have attended NurseMentor course in order to be a better mentor and teacher to new RN graduates.

My BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications are up to date.
